LOL Champion Monster Redesign: Gwen - The Unwoven
My entry for Nickyboi's Monster Champion Art Contest. I decided to go with Gwen since I wanted to explore her character from a different perspective of both design and tone. Gwen is already a pretty strong design so it was pretty challenging to find a good mix between my new vision and the per-existing character. It was a lot of fun to do though and I'm glad to have been able to work on it!

A few explorations for the design. I wanted to capture a Gwen destroyed and enslaved by Viego's influence. Took a lot of inspirations from classics like Frankenstein and "voodoo" stereotypical designs
